Juvenile Footballers line out in “Devenish” Jerseys.

On Wednesday October 25th  our Juvenile Football team made the long journey to Moate to take on Moate CS in the North Leinster Juvenile League. Lining out for the first time in their very smart looking “Devenish” sponsored jerseys they set manfully to the task in hand.  A strong first half display saw St. Pat’s take a lead of 3:07 to 0:01 at Half Time. Moate made a much stronger start to the second half and scored 1:02 without reply. St. Pat’s gradually got to grips with their opponents and finished the game strongly. Final score read St. Pat’s 5:12 to 2:06. Next up for this team is Marist College Athlone after mid term.  Pictured above is the team that lined out on the day and below Donal Keoghan past pupil of St Pats who now captains the Meath Senior Football team.
