Rules for Mock Exams 2012

It is important that all students read their Exam Timetable carefully. Please note the starting time for each exam and the assigned room. The following rules will apply for the duration of the exams-

1. Students must be on time for exams and must not leave before the exam finishes.

2. All bags and coats must be left at the top of the room before the exam starts.

3. Students must sit where the supervisor requests.

4. Mobile phones, MP3 players etc. must be switched off and out of sight. Students who breach this rule will have their mobile phones confiscated for the duration of the exams.

5.  All students must have their own pens, materials, calculators etc.

6.  Students are not permitted to visit the toilet during the first 30 minutes or the last 15 minutes of the exam.

7.  No eating during the exams.

8.  Students are not allowed to communicate in any way with other students
     for the duration of the exam.

9.   Students who disrupt exams or who are caught cheating will be sent  home and will be excluded for the remainder of the Mock Exams.

10.  Students must bring the relevant books/copies to study for their next  exam.  (No permission to go to lockers during the exam)

11.  As some exams will finish before lunchtime students must exit the building quickly and quietly as normal classes will still be in progress.

12.  Senior students who go downtown or Junior students who go home for lunch must be back in school at least 10 minutes before their exam commences in the afternoon.

13.  Students who are on report must ensure that their report booklets are on  the supervisor’s desk during each exam.

14.  All students doing exams must attend school as normal between 9.00am and 3.45pm, except in cases where the letter signed by parents granting permission to be absent at a particular times was returned to the Year Head.
